All reservations require advance payment at the time of booking. The advance payment is refundable, minus a 5% processing fee, up to thirty (30) days before your arrival date.

 

Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of your arrival day will not receive a refund or a credit, and you will be responsible for the entire stay. There are no refunds or credits for early departure. We cannot accommodate changes within (30) days of your arrival day. 

 

If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@rodnreeltablerock.com. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your cancelation. If the notification is received thirty (30) days before your arrival date, a refund will be issued for the total amount, less a 5% processing fee. This processing fee cannot be waived as we have paid fees to process your reservation.

There will be no refunds, changes, or credits for all reservations not modified or canceled before 30 days of arrival.

 

We are a family-owned twelve cottage resort and our annual revenue is made in a very small summer window. Therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy and are not able to make exceptions. Please understand this policy so we are able to continue operating our business and providing a beautiful place to stay in Shell Knob.
